Office Manager/Advancement Coordinator Needed
Position: Full-time Secondary School Office Manager/Advancement Coordinator. This is a comprehensive administrative, clerical, and support position that includes duties in office management, development, marketing, technology, and school support.
Hours: 8 a.m.-3 p.m. M-F when school is in session. Position is 40 weeks per year. School vacations, holidays and summers free.
Start date: July 1
Qualifications: Must have great organizational skills and be able to successfully juggle a variety of tasks. Must be able to work cheerfully with faculty, students and parents and offer a welcoming and informed presence to callers and visitors. Patience and flexibility required.
