Will Waldorf sports have a full basketball season? Or will the season be cut short due to covid, just like the soccer season was in early October? The basketball season began with high hopes for a complete season against opponents that we believe we can compete against.
And I will admit that, even with a lack of height, this team could be one of the best teams in Waldorf history, and I am projecting that the Waldorf basketball team will have a winning season if we are able to have a season. I was on the Waldorf basketball team my freshman year and we had a good season, considering how young and small we were. In 2020 we had the exact same team we do right now, minus Kenneth Bellamy who was a senior that year and one of our best players. He also had height, which is something that the team this year lacks.
When the season hopefully begins, the team will have lots of chemistry after a full month worth of practices.
