The Berkshire Waldorf High School is weeks away from buying the former Stockbridge Town Hall building and land on the Village Green for its new campus.
On Dec. 19, the town’s Zoning Board of Appeals approved variances on the former Town Hall property, enabling the $6.25 million project to move forward. The variance was needed because the site is on a nonconforming lot size.
