Oliver Kress is a senior at Thomas More College of Liberal Arts in New Hampshire, where he spends most of his time contemplating the first sources and causes of being and generally stretching himself out toward knowing. He is enthusiastically beginning work on his thesis, tentatively entitled “The Happiness of Inefficiency,” wherein he hopes to blame the decline of western civilization on the sandwich.
